The Memphis Grizzlies swapped center Steven Adams to the Houston Rockets for guard Victor Oladipo, two 2024 second-round draft picks and one 2025 second-rounder, ESPN reported Thursday.Adams and Oladipo are not currently playing as they recover from knee injuries.Adams, 30, played for Memphis for two seasons but sprained the posterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in Jan 2023. After trying to rehab it without an operation, Adams had to undergo surgery on the knee in October and was ruled out for the 2023-24 season.He is expected to be ready to return to the court in 2024-25.Adams has averaged 9.2 points and 8.2 rebounds per game over 706 career appearances (641 starts) for the Oklahoma City Thunder (2013-20), New Orleans Pelicans (2020-21) and Grizzlies.The oft-injured Oladipo, 31, tore the patellar tendon in his left knee during the first round of the playoffs last spring while with the Miami Heat.
